This research investigates the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis among final-semester students of the Education Science Department at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Tadulako University. The research employed a quantitative method and used purposive sampling to select 100 participants from the target population. Data was collected using Likert-scale instruments—specifically, a self-efficacy scale based on Bandura's theoretical framework and the quarter-life crisis scale developed by Robbins and Wilner. The analysis incorporated descriptive and inferential statistical methods, primarily employing Pearson's product-moment correlation. The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis (r = -0.304, p = 0.002), indicating that the hypothesis was supported. This negative relationship demonstrates that students with lower self-efficacy experience higher levels of a quarter-life crisis, while students with higher self-efficacy exhibit lower levels
